This includes the following:
- Initial Firearms Purchaser Identification Card
- Permit to purchase a Handgun
- Change of Address on Identification Card
- Change of Sex on Identification Card
- Change of Name on Identification Card
- Electronic Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (for duplicate or lost Identification Card)
- Register handguns(s) transferred with change of residency to New Jersey
